In November 1999 we visited the island of Tenerife for the first time, looking for rest, relaxation, warm and sun. Located in the north of the island, in the middle of a banana plantation, we found our perfect holiday paradise, Malpais Trece.
The Country House is framed by a beautiful and loving landscaped garden, the rooms are all individually furnished, breakfast can be taken in the breakfast room or in one or the various garden areas with a view of the Atlantic or Mount Teide. We fell in love instantly and love has lasted to this day.
Malpais Trece has now become like a second home for us, which is not only due to the beautiful place, but also to the lovely people who live and work there. Every year we look forward to seeing you again.

Sun, warmth and tranquility – Casa Rural Malpais Trece is also a very extraordinary place. In the middle of a banana plantation, slightly elevated and away from the hustle and bustle, you have a wonderful view of the Atlantic.
The beautiful garden, the individual houses and the rooms are individually designed and furnished. Nothing is the same, every part of the property is different. We have been coming here for many years and now there is a very warm relationship with the people of Malpais Trece. We find peace and relaxation here. The Casa Rural is also a good starting point for many excursions. And what we particularly appreciate is the well-prepared continental breakfast in the morning under the blue sky in the fresh air and with this wonderful view, and in the evening a good glass of Canarian wine.
